Quail’s Project is a one which can give a practical solution to the housing problem in Sri Lanka. The chief designer and the Chairman of this project is Mr. T.D.M. Sanjeewa Dharmasena. In accordance with his designing, there is a possibility of activating this project at a 30% reduction of the overall normal prevailing cost of constructing a housing project in any area in the country. At the same time this is as a matter of fact a social service.

We are in a position to put up a house in this project at such a chief rate, because we have made arrangements to distribute most of the profit in this project. As all the items for this housing constructional project are imported at duty free concession, granted by BOI and also the profit gained by purchasing other necessary items in Sri Lanka are equally apportioned in the constructional matters of the profit and also the lands purchased for this purpose are not estimated, this quail project is able to give a massive price reduction of 30% for the interested parties.
