The other estimate will be with our reduced rates of 30% for each material. By this means, we want to expose that our project will be with much transparency.

   Plan designing, Obtaining approval, easy payment terms, undertaking the responsibility of constructing houses and all other facilities.
   
   
10. Ability to get your house built during a very short period.

Our ulterior motive is to construct and give a house for shelter, at bearable prices for all the nationalities such as Sinhala, Tamil, Muslim, and Burgher unitedly as Quails, which have been a barrier and a national problem for the development of our country. This is done unitedly with famous building material institutes building material suppliers, popular banks in Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka board of investment and all others who are in the field of housing construction.
