Quails Housing Project, for which the BOI approval has been granted, is a one which has given a proper solution for the burning housing problem in Sri Lanka. And also is not purely based only on earning money.
Our main motive in this means, we will select groups of ten people and their houses will be built at different localities at once at a very unprecedented short period.

We are able to construct a house with our modern tac-tics, but with superior material lesser than 30% of the total cost of any other house built in Sri Lanka today.

Our ulterior motive is to build up a house for you at 30% price reduction from the existing rate.
