Quail’s National Housing Project has been introduced for the first time in Sri Lanka. Under this project, the Second Step with 30% price reduction is scheduled to be started at Neligama Junction in Ragama. The maximum price of a Semi Luxury-Three Bed Room - Two Storied House in above land extend is 63lakh. The distance from Kadawatha, is 1 ½ mile and from Ragama 1 ½Mile. The distance for the Kadawatha - Ragama bus route is 500m. You can reach Colombo-Fort within 30 minutes. Applications for registration will be accepted with effect from 21st April 2008 and close on 20th May 2008.
